This training is appropriate for elementary and middle school (PK-8) teachers and support staff, school nutrition professionals, after school program educators, day care providers, and community volunteers.
Let us know if you want to receive Professional Development (PD), Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Achievement Units (AUs) for this training. The cost of the training depends on the number of people participating.
"Exciting our children about learning, encouraging youth to understand their world - and to change it for the better - this is what Antonia Demas does so well. Her innovative program, "Food is Elementary", uses creative examples to teach practical, empowering lessons - about food, about people, about life… I recommend Dr. Demas' work most highly."
